At FabCreates, every piece is screen-printed to order just for you. We don't pull shirts from a warehouse—we print each order by hand. Because every item is made specifically for you, our return policy is a little different than large retailers.

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We've got you.

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Please start your exchange through our Returns Portal.
• Because every replacement is printed just for you, customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Once we receive your return, your replacement will be screen-printed and shipped within 5 business days.

Returns

If you've changed your mind, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition

Because every item is made to order, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, that's on us.

Please email info@fabcreates.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the item

We'll review your request as quickly as possible and, if the issue is our responsibility, we'll replace your item at no cost to you.

When Will My Exchange Ship?

Once your return has been received, your replacement enters our production queue and is typically screen-printed and shipped within 5 business days.

As soon as it ships, we'll send you a tracking email.
